Welcome!
Through my upbringing in Bogota, Colombia, travel and other personal endeavors, I have gained a worldly perspective on life. Currently, I enjoy everything the Northwest has to offer in Seattle, Washington.
My design background began with a degree in Graphic Design from the Universidad Nacional in Bogota and was furthered by a Visual Merchandising Degree from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. I'm a Graphic Designer by trade specializing in front-end development here in Seattle. I enjoy working with typographies, whitespace and color. My strict adherence to consistency and web-standards with XHTML and CSS creates clean, mutable back-end code for ergonomic, intuitive websites on the front-end.
With my successful and innovative SEO experiences I am ready to take on a myriad of tasks. Additionally, I have created successful email campaigns and newsletters, edited stock image photography, and I am intimately familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite.

After creating the logo and corporate collaterals including business cards and stickers, I designed and helped develop the website, I have also designed several invitations for their events and html-based newsletters.

Quixote Design is the holy grail of travel pillows.
The client provided the website layout along with images and very specific ideas of what they wanted for it's functionality. I used flash to develop the structure and deliver the content.

Seattle.Net is the guide to all cool things in the city.
This project included a full interface redesign and the creation of several features including rating systems, contest, photo galleries and more. SEO practices were followed taking advantage of the vast amount images used in the website. Worked on photography and photo retouch, also creating banners to promote different event's and giveaways.

Quit It! - Poster
Dejalo Ya! (Quit it!) Poster for campaign.
I designed this poster for a contest. I wanted to create a strong concept for an anti-smoking campaign. I found the pieces to build the dummy ticker then put it together and shoot it. I used Photoshop to add the blurry black border around it and the text.

Eurocine 2005 Poster for campaign.
This poster was created for a contest as well, this time the European movies festival in Colombia. The concept behind it it to merge two images, a map and a 35 mm movie/film camera, into one symbol that would represent the event.
